All items we receive are checked for quality and ranked based on the following criteria:
- New With Tag: Unworn with tags attached.
- New Without Tag: Unworn without tags.
- Very Good: This item shows no major flaws and has been gently worn. Any wear is minimal, such as light fading, pilling, or minor surface scratches on hardware. It remains in very good overall condition.
- Good: This item has been worn and remains in good condition. Signs of wear, such as moderate fading, pilling, or small stains, may be visible but do not affect functionality or overall wearability.
- Acceptable: Heavily discounted due to noticeable wear. This item remains functional but may have visible flaws such as staining, fading, or small holes. Priced accordingly.
We know that buying preloved can be unpredictable. That's why we do our best to give you an honest condition report about each item. Be sure to check the inspection notes from our merchandisers for any extra details on wear, fabric feel, or unique features.

Returns

Due to the nature of second-hand items, all sales are final. However, returns are accepted in the following cases:
- If you receive an incorrect item.
- If the item differs significantly from its description.

Once you’ve ensured your items are in top condition and ready to send to us, pack them into a box or even recycled packaging (remove any old shipping labels), pop on your pre-paid shipping label, and drop them off to your nearest AusPost location.

We provide a platform to help consignors sell second-hand garments, shoes, and accessories. We inspect, photograph, describe, price, and list your items for sale, while managing customer support, order fulfillment, and payouts.

To get started, the first step is to purchase a Clean Out Kit for $49 AUD. It includes a prepaid shipping label (up to 20 items), $100 insurance (as store credit for lost packages), and instructions for sending us your items. You should receive your email within 24 hours of purchasing.

We accept high-quality, second-hand garments, shoes, and accessories that are:
- Clean, sanitized, and in good condition.
- Authentic (no counterfeit items).
- Relevant to current trends and seasons.

The consignor payout percentage is tiered based on the final selling price. Consignors can choose to receive their payouts in either cash (via bank transfer) or store credit, which offers a higher percentage.
Payout Structure:- Up to $49.99 10% in cash or 15% in store credit
- $50 - $99.99 → 15% in cash or 20% in store credit
- $100 - $149.99 → 25% in cash or 30% in store credit
- $150 - $199.99 → 35% in cash or 40% in store credit
- $200 - $249.99 → 50% in cash or 55% in store credit
- $250 - $299.99 → 60% in cash or 65% in store credit
- $300 - $499.99 → 65% in cash or 70% in store credit
- $500 - $999.99 → 70% in cash or 75% in store credit
- $1,000 and above → 75% in cash or 80% in store credit

Counterfeit or stolen items are prohibited. If suspected, they will be refused, destroyed, or reported to law enforcement. Circular fully cooperates with investigations.

GST is included where applicable. For international orders, any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We sell preloved items as an agent on behalf of the owners of these products in Australia. Circular pays GST only on the commission earned as an agent, not the sale price of the goods. In summary GST is not included in the sale price.

Our Clean Out Kit makes reselling effortless. Instead of listing your clothes yourself, simply send them to us—we’ll handle the pricing, photography, promotion, and selling. No stress, no endless uploading, just a fresh start for your wardrobe and extra cash in your pocket.

It includes a prepaid shipping label (up to 20 items), $100 insurance (as store credit for lost packages), and instructions for sending us your items.

Simply visit our Clean Out Kit page, add it to your cart, and check out. You’ll receive your shipping label via email, ready to print and use.

The kit itself is $49 which covers the cost of shipping all your pre-loved items to us + insurance to make sure it arrives safely

As soon as your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email from us letting you know it’s on the way. Within 24 hours, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and a link to complete our short Consignment Agreement form online.

To make sure we have the correct info linked to your kit, and to confirm you're happy with our terms and payout structure. It only takes a couple of minutes and helps us set you up in our system so we can process your items quickly once they arrive.

Pack up your clothes, securely attach your pre-paid shipping label, and drop your package at any post office or drop-off point.

Once we receive your items and your agreement is submitted, we’ll create a consignor account for you in our system (Circle Hand). From there, we’ll sort, list, and price your items. You’ll be able to view everything once your account is active.

Yes. We focus on quality, resale-worthy fashion, so we don’t accept:
- Low-value fast fashion brands
- Home, activewear, or unbranded items
- Work uniforms, team jerseys, or school uniforms

We may choose to donate, recycle, or bulk sell unacceptable items at our discretion

Yes. Once you drop it off, you’ll receive tracking updates so you can follow your package’s journey to us.

Payments & AfterPay

To sign up for Afterpay, download the Afterpay app from the App Store or Google Play. Follow the prompts to create an account, which includes providing personal information and linking a valid debit or credit card. You must be over 18 years old to use Afterpay.

In the rare situation where an item is incorrectly listed or there’s a problem with your order we will do absolutely everything to right a wrong.

The Estimated RRP is our best guess at what the item (or something super similar) would’ve cost brand new. It’s there to give you a sense of value and show how much you’re saving by shopping secondhand.
The “% Off” is calculated based on this estimated RRP and is rounded to the nearest whole number to keep things simple. -

- Private Label or Store Brands – Pieces originally sold under retailer-exclusive labels.
- Unbranded or Tagless Items – Where the brand tag is missing, but the piece is still in great wearable condition.
- Multi-Brand Listings – Items categorised under "Assorted" when the exact brand isn’t confirmed.
