What’s In, What’s Out.
What to Know
To keep Circular Clothing Co. consistent, trusted, and seamless for buyers, we have a few guidelines to ensure every item listed on the platform meets our quality standards.
Our customers expect well-maintained, stylish pre-loved pieces that feel considered and cared for — and that starts with you.
Clean and Fresh
Clothing must be freshly washed, free from stains, odours, and pet hair. Presentation matters — items should feel ready to wear.
Minimal Signs of Wear
Normal wear and tear is okay — we understand that pre-loved clothing will have been worn before. However, items should not have excessive pilling, fading, or visible damage and any signs of wear should be called out and clearly photographed.
Intact Labels and Fastenings
Clothing must have intact size labels and brand tags. Zippers, buttons, and other fastenings should be in good working condition.
Versatile Pieces
We prioritise pieces with strong styling potential - timeless cuts, trending silhouettes, and items buyers are actively searching for.
Accessories and Footwear
Bags, hats, scarves, and jewellery are all welcome, provided they’re in excellent condition. Footwear should be lightly worn, with no significant scuffs, stains, or odours.
Low Value Fast Fashion Items
In order to maintain sustainable practices, we don’t accept items with a low resale value or with an RRP of under $100.
Home Brand or Value Brands
We prioritise brands our community seeks out. Lesser-known low-quality brands generally aren’t accepted and may be subject to removal.
Non-Clothing Items
We’re the Circular Clothing Co, not Circular Items Co. So we don’t accept toys, books, electronics, phone cases, and other non-wearable items.
Localised or Uniformed Items
We don’t accept work uniforms, local team jerseys, school uniforms, or items referencing specific places or events without a wide audience.
Offensive or Inappropriate Items
No hate speech, explicit slogans, or imagery promoting violence or harm.
Check The Condition Of Your Clothes
Before listing, check your item’s condition to ensure accuracy and buyer transparency. Accurate condition grading builds trust, reduces returns, and helps your pieces sell faster.
Profile Setup
Your profile is your storefront — it helps buyers understand your style and trust your listings.
Before going live, make sure you have:
- A banner image and shop logo
- A short bio that reflects your style or curation focus
- Your shipping timeframes and any seller notes
- (Optional) Link your Instagram / TikTok if you'd like buyers to connect
- Add your Circular shop URL to your Instagram or TikTok bio so your audience can find your listings easily
How To Pack
Neatly fold items and pack them in a clean, sturdy bag or box. Reusing packaging is encouraged — just ensure it’s clean and secure. Avoid damaged, dirty, or oversized packaging where possible.
How To
Once your item sells, simply purchase your shipping label through your preferred carrier (we recommend Australia Post for reliability and tracking).
All items must be shipped using tracked delivery.
Upload your tracking number in your Seller Dashboard so we can confirm dispatch and delivery to release payment.

Circular is built for people who care about the pieces they sell — vintage experts, collectors, boutique resellers, and style-led wardrobes.
