For buyers, Circular offers a more cohesive experience - no app required, a single checkout across sellers, and faster, more reliable dispatch (typically within 1–3 days), while still allowing buyers to make offers. The platform is designed to make buying and selling pre-loved fashion more efficient, helping extend the life of garments and reduce textile waste.

Launched in May 2025 as a consignment business, Circular quickly built strong early traction, with clean-out kits regularly selling out and waitlists exceeding 800 customers. Since launch, the company has helped extend the life of over 27,000 garments, diverting more than 10 tonnes of clothing from landfill.
