Orders are shipped directly by the seller. If you have a question about dispatch timing or delivery, please contact the seller via your order page. If an issue can’t be resolved, Circular can step in to review and assist.
How to Start a Return:
If you need to send an item back, our self-service returns process is quick and easy:

Because items on Circular are pre-loved and one-of-a-kind, change-of-mind returns aren't supported. You can request a return if:
- You received the wrong item, or
- The item differs significantly from its listing description
How to request a return:
- Enter your Order Number and Email/Phone above
- Select the item you'd like to return
- Click "Request Return"
- Your request goes to the seller first for review
- If needed, Circular will help guide next steps to ensure a fair, consistent outcome
